UNITYNow
Serving with Urgency. Advocating with Purpose. Advancing Culture.
At UNITYNow we’re mobilizing, organizing, raising funds and promoting initiatives to serve the people who need them most. Communities facing inequity cannot afford incremental progress. They require focused action, strategic collaboration, and sustained investment. As a 501c3 non-profit organization, UNITYNow is committed to:
-
Addressing systemic barriers with intentional solutions
-
Expanding access to education and leadership pathways
-
Preserving cultural identity while promoting unity
-
Building measurable, community-driven impact
The challenges are urgent. The disparities are real. The work is necessary. And the time is now.
Mission
To serve, advocate, educate, and advance culture in historically overlooked communities by bridging the gap between inequality and unity.
Vision
A future where every individual and community has equitable access to opportunity, resources, and support—creating thriving, connected communities where culture is celebrated, voices are valued, and every generation has the opportunity to succeed.
This vision aligns with UNITYNow's three strategic pillars:
-
Youth Empowerment – Equipping young people with the confidence, skills, and opportunities to lead.
-
Workforce Development – Creating pathways to education, careers, entrepreneurship, and economic mobility.
-
Community Transformation – Strengthening communities through advocacy, partnerships, wellness, civic engagement, and cultural preservation.
A Bit of Background
UNITYNow, Inc. is a dedicated 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on education, enhancing equity, expanding opportunities, and preserving cultural heritage to meet the needs and aspirations of the youth, families, communities, and the nation. The urgency of these needs propels our mission and the time to act is now. We are driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the world a better place for the historically overlooked, underserved and disenfranchised communities.
"If you see a need, don't ask why somebody doesn't do something. Be that somebody."
Marian Wright Edleman, Civil Rights and Children's Rights Activist
The Time is NOW....
to bring change
We believe in taking action with urgency in order to raise public awareness about some of the most pressing issues facing today’s society. Please join us by supporting our efforts to make a measurable difference in the lives of others.
Support
One Step at a Time
At UNITYNow, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing everyday issues. Support is by no means an easy feat, but through cooperation and community empowerment we believe we can facilitate progress. We are always striving to make a difference, and invite you to learn more and lend your support.
Education
Helping The Community
In communities grappling with systemic inequality, educational disparities, and restricted access to resources, UNITYNow leverages people, partnerships, and funding to generate measurable, sustainable change. We champion justice, educate young minds, and organize initiatives that advance culture and elevate voices often left unheard.
Our efforts bridge divides between inequity and opportunity, discord and unity, and systemic barriers and sustainable advancement. Through advocacy, education, outreach, and strategic partnerships, UNITYNow empowers communities not only to survive but to thrive.
Community Service
One Step at a Time
At UNITYNow, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing issues within the community. One way of facilitating this is by providing community service in areas that need it most - low income and disenfranchised. We are always striving to make a difference, and invite you to learn more and lend your support.
Advocacy
Reinforcing our Commitment
We engage in community-based advocacy to advance equality, amplify underrepresented voices, promote policy awareness, and foster civic engagement that leads to tangible change. Our approach is both proactive and people-centered. We prioritize listening, respond strategically, and act urgently to address challenges.

Jr. Girls to Greatness (Jr. G2G) - Register for Oct session now!
Jr. Girls to Greatness is where big dreams get their start. Designed for girls ages 7 to 12, Jr. G2G gives young girls a safe, encouraging space to build confidence, discover their strengths, and begin imagining what they can become. Through hands-on activities, mentorship, and our companion activity workbook, participants explore leadership, teamwork, self-expression, and early career awareness in ways that feel like play but plant seeds for the future. Jr. G2G serves as the foundation for our Girls to Greatness program, so girls have a clear path to grow with UNITYNow from elementary school through their teen years.
